CNC Machinist – Aerospace & Precision Manufacturing
We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists who take pride in producing high-tolerance, mission-critical components for aerospace and power generation applications.

Shifts: All Shifts
What You’ll Do
Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes
Machine complex aerospace-grade components to tight tolerances
Interpret advanced blueprints and GD&T callouts
Adjust tooling, offsets, and machining parameters to maintain precision
Perform in-process inspection and final quality validation
Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize setups
Collaborate with engineering and programming teams on process improvements
What You Bring
3+ years CNC machining in precision or aerospace environments
Strong experience with multi-axis machining
Ability to confidently read blueprints + GD&T
Experience with controls such as Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, Mitsubishi
Strong inspection skills using precision measurement tools
Detail-driven mindset with low tolerance for scrap or rework
