Supportive Supervision

You’ll receive weekly one‑on‑one supervision with licensed clinicians, attend staff meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and gain exposure to real‑world clinical decision‑making through doctor/APRN rounds.

 Adult-Focused Clinical Experience

This internship placement works exclusively with adults, offering valuable experience supporting individuals with a wide range of behavioral health needs. Students will gain skills in adult assessment, therapeutic interventions, and treatment planning within outpatient clinical settings.

What You’ll Do: 

As a Clinical Intern, you’ll gain meaningful hands-on experience, which may include:

  • Conducting clinical assessments
  • Providing individual psychotherapy
  • Facilitating group psychotherapy sessions
  • Completing documentation for all services provided
  • Participating in clinical rounds and staff meetings
  • Collaborating with treatment teams to support client care

 



Qualifications

  • Students matriculated in a clinical university degree program (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy)
  • Individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
