Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Position with Benefits

Constellation Health Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. This full-time CNA position offers the opportunity to work in Hospice, Homecare, or both, providing meaningful care to patients and families during important moments in their lives.

Pay:
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Positions available in New Haven, Waterbury and Hartford area

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Connecticut
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Passion for providing compassionate patient care

Qualifications: 

• Must have successfully completed the CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state.
• CNA License must be active and in good standing.
• Must have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory.
• Must have reliable transportation. 
• At least one year of experience and hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of iOs operating system
