THE FACILITY

• Large ~270-bed skilled nursing facility
• Long-term care, rehab, and memory care (~70 beds)
• Busy environment with consistent need for CNAs

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Full ADL care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Transfers (2-assist, Hoyer lifts)
• Feeding assistance
• Vitals and reporting changes
• Repositioning residents
• Work with high-acuity and dementia patients

WHAT YOU NEED

• Active CT CNA license
• SNF / LTC experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable with 10–15+ patients
• Must work every other weekend (NO exceptions)
• Able to handle fast-paced environment
