Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight, training, and documentation.
• Develop plans to advocate for health care needs.
• Write nursing reviews.
• Monitor medical and dental records.
• Review documentation to ensure certified staff follows procedures for reporting errors in medication administration.
• Supervise the initial worksite for med administration by staff.
• Conduct onsite training.
  

This role involves traveling to select group homes in Bridgeport, Fairfield, Norwalk, Wilton and surrounding towns.

As an RN, you'll be case managing individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, imparting vital information to the dedicated staff at these group homes.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Connecticut
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred; experience with developmental disabilities is a plus
