Our rigorous data processes and the depth of our databases enable us to deliver high-quality, robust data and consistent reporting practices.
Some of your role responsibilities may be:
Review for accuracy and completeness the data submitted to compensation surveys e.g., base salaries, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, plan design and financial information
Read company proxy statements and plan documents describing long-term incentive plans (e.g., stock options, restricted stock, performance plans).
Communicate with clients via telephone or email to resolve discrepancies/issues with the data.
Enter and update data in a proprietary database.
Training will be provided.
Hours will be 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday
