Assembler I

 Assemble essential components for rail flaw detection testing equipment.

Assemble components for rail flaw detection sensors.

Assemble sub-assemblies for rail flaw detection sensors.

Assemble using hand tools, jigs, fixturing, and other assembly aids.

Assist in the final assembly of sensors for rail flaw detection.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: One to three years previous assembly experience

Skills/Qualifications: Steady eye and hand coordination, ability to work with small and delicate parts. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required

Skills/Competencies: Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Ability to work cross-functionally in order to meet deadlines.

Experience with ERP / Quality systems and ISO9001 standards.
